Article labels
Every article carries one of these labels on its own page. Sponsor Partner coverage is additionally labelled on every card, listing and search result that links to it.

Current Sponsor Partner
Richmond Asia Group. The publisher of this site has a commercial relationship with Richmond: it provides Richmond with sales and marketing tooling. All coverage of Richmond and its projects sits in the section headed "Richmond Asia Group — Sponsor Partner", carries the Sponsor Partner label wherever it appears, and opens with the disclosure. Newsletter subscribers are never shared with Richmond.
HCM Opportunities
HCM Opportunities, on its own opportunities subdomain, is a separate commercial service that presents selected investment opportunities — currently Richmond Mayor, by Richmond Asia Group, a Sponsor Partner. Enquiries made there are handled by an appointed property marketing partner, not by the editorial desk. In-article links from this site to HCM Opportunities are labelled as commercial and appear only on Sponsor Partner coverage, never inside independent editorial articles; the site footer also carries a labelled link to it. Editorial coverage, including coverage of Richmond, is written and checked exactly as described above whether or not an opportunity is presented there.
Why commercial coverage looks different
Sponsor Partner and sponsored items carry a distinct colour, label and border, on the page and in every listing that links to them. If you cannot tell at a glance whether a commercial relationship exists, the disclosure has failed — tell us and we will fix it.
