Editorial Policy
How we decide what to publish, and what we will not publish at any price. This page is the product — a hotel investment portal is only worth reading if its incentives are visible.

Independence
The editorial desk decides what is covered. No developer, operator, agent or advertiser sees an article before publication, and none has ever been given approval over one. If that changes, this page changes first.
What we will not do
- We do not sell coverage. Advertising buys a labelled placement, never an article and never a review outcome.
- We do not publish a numeric investment score. A score is a number people quote without the reasoning attached.
- We do not republish other publishers' articles. We summarise the facts, link to the original and add our own analysis.
- We do not present a developer's claim as a verified fact, however plausible it sounds.
- We do not remove a source attribution or quietly amend a published figure.
Verification
Every figure carries a source and a credibility level. Where a claim cannot be traced to a named publisher, it is labelled as a claim. Where a developer declines to provide evidence, we say so — an unfinished review is more honest than a confident one built on a brochure.
Sponsored content
Paid placements are visually distinct, labelled as sponsored wherever they appear including in listings and in structured data, and written by the commercial team. The editorial desk does not write them and does not vouch for them.
The distinction we hold to
| Category | What it means | How we label it |
|---|---|---|
| Verified fact | Traced to a primary or high-credibility named publisher | Source listed with a credibility chip |
| Third-party claim | Asserted by a named organisation we have not independently checked | Attributed in a claim callout |
| Developer claim | Supplied by a party selling the asset | Developer-provided disclosure |
| Editorial interpretation | Our reading of the evidence | Written in the desk's voice, in analysis sections |
| Unverified projection | A forward-looking assumption | Framed as a scenario, never as a forecast |
