IHG opened Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur in January 2026 — 466 rooms and suites across 26 storeys in the Tun Razak Exchange, owned by a Lendlease × TRX City joint venture. It is Kimpton's first Malaysian property and the clearest signal yet that global lifestyle brands see TRX, KL's purpose-built financial district, as a hotel market in its own right.
